Louis Perlmutter has been a Senior Associate at GCP Capital Group, LLC since it’s inception in 1996. His years of experience have involved dealings in multifamily, hotels, shopping centers, office buildings as well as ground-up construction. He has developed close relationships with many lenders in the industry which allows him to appropriately align client needs with the best lenders available in the marketplace.
Prior to entering the real estate field in 1994, Louis owned and operated a variety of different businesses including: warehousing/trucking, direct mailing, messenger services and international wholesale and garment manufacturing.
Lou’s successful, multi-faceted career led to an invitation from New York University to be a guest speaker at its Entrepreneur Program. He has, in addition, participated in several real estate forums.
Louis graduated from NYU with a degree in Economics, and also attended the University of Colorado at Boulder.
Among his hobbies and interests are: travel, art and sports activities. Louis also enjoys spending time with his friends, family and grandchildren.
